Concerned about sending your credit card number over the internet? We have taken every precaution to make your transactions secure. Here's how Transmetron guarantees the safety of your personal information. Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are securely transmitted over the Internet. Because we use a secure server, not one of our customers has ever reported fraudulent use of a credit card as a result of purchases made at Transmetron. Nevertheless, if you prefer, we also offer you the option of submitting your order by mail (see How To Order below). All account information submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorized Internet access.

Orders paid by check will usually not be processed until the funds have
been verified. Orders paid by money order are sent within 24 hours. If

• Orders sent back without RMA number (return merchandise number) marked clearly on the box will be refused.
• No returns after 30 days.

Please make sure the name and address you enter as the billing address is correct. Your address or your work address but we will require a signature when the package
is delivered. Also, any order that has an invalid email address will not be shipped. Please make sure you enter a valid email address.
Any address that is changed by the customer after the order is shipped or an incorrect or incomplete address will be charged an address correction fee of $10.00.
Examples: no apartment number given, wrong zip code, wrong street number,
etc.
If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will e-mail you for substitution or if no reply to email we will take the out of stock item off the order.
